Alaska Wedding Full Design + Planning

Starting at $9,000


Full Design service includes all details from start to finish, including planning, design assistance and coordinating. We are ready to offer advice, make recommendations, keep a close eye on contracts and run around on the Day-of, making sure everything is flawless. 

Planning starts with discussing event details including date, size, style, and budget. A decor concept will be created that reflects your personality and desired look. Vendors that align with your budget and style will then be recommended and booked. We will coordinate every step with the vendors for the Rehearsal Dinner and Day-of so you can enjoy time with friends and family while your vision comes to life. While you're celebrating, we will be managing the timeline so you don't miss a beat!

Alaska Wedding Partial Planning

Starting at $5,500

Partial Planning services include consultancy, minimal planning, and day-of coordinating. We are available prior to the event to answer questions, offer advice, provide recommendations, work with you on a floor plan, timeline, and other documents that help the day flow. 

Planning starts with discussing event expectations including date, size, style and budget. Vendors that align with your budget and style will then be recommended. With Partial Planning, we will guide you in booking vendors and review all contracts. Coordination is included and offers everything from set-up to clean-up allowing you to enjoy your big day with friends and family. 


Alaska Wedding Day of Coordination

Starting at $2,750



Do you have everything planned and ready to pass the baton so you and your family can start enjoying your engagement and wedding? You're in the right spot!  

Coordinating begins one month prior to your wedding when vendors are finalized. We will review contracts and confirm the delivery schedule. A timeline is then created to maintain flow with vendor deliveries and wedding events on the Day-of. Once the venue is open, we accept all deliveries and begin set-up, making sure that all your hard work comes to fruition perfectly, while you're getting ready for your big day! The event is then coordinated to follow the timeline, allowing you to make memories completely stress free.

When do you offer elopements, intimate weddings, and weddings?

We offer events every day of the week and year long. 

What if we don't want one of the services included in a package?

We can customize any of the packages the way you would like. We understand that not everyone wants the typical package that we offer. We don't mind removing a service that doesn't make sense for you.


May we bring our dogs?

Of Course! We allow dogs anywhere the venue will allow it. Unfortunately, dogs cannot come on the helicopter, boat, or dog sled. If you would like to take pictures with your dog while you get ready that is most definitely an option! 

 How long do I need to plan my elopement?

Couples plan unbelievable elopements anywhere from 2 years out to 1 week out. The average length of planning time is about 4-10 months. This gives you time to book flights at good prices, choose your desired wedding date, and find the best lodging. 

Where are your elopements and weddings located? 

 We are based in Anchorage and have several elopement locations within an hour and a half of Anchorage. We are available to travel anywhere in Alaska or the world! 

Can other people come to my elopement?

Absolutely! An elopement is intentionally meant to focus on you two! If you have close family and friends that are on board with your vision and want to support and celebrate with you, go for it! Elopements are usually up to 25 people.

What is your deposit? 

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to retain our services. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

We require a signed contract and deposit to hold your date.

Inquire



After sending an inquiry form I will respond via email with more information and a link to set up a call. During the call I will go into detail about how your day may look and what is included in our packages and services. This call is very helpful to get to know each other and I can answer any questions you may have. 

Make it official



After deciding a date and package I will send an online contract and invoice. It's 50% down to hold the date the remaining is due 30 days prior to your date. You can pay the deposit via online bank transfer for credit card

Planning begins



Once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid, your happy date is officially reserved. I will send a welcome email that will outline what to expect in the planning process, make recommendations and provide further information streamlined to your unique day. In addition, I will send several questionnaires for you to complete, designed to create a perfect timeline and checklist for your day. Throughout the planning process, I will walk you through everything you need to know for your day.
