We offer five main packages, listed below. Each of the packages can be customized to fit you two as a couple! We offer customized adventure elopement packages that include, but not limited to fishing, boating, rafting, zip-lining and so many more! We will handle everything from vendor coordination, timeline to decorations to make your elopement day stress-free and an unforgettable day!

We offer a unique boating experience from Seward Alaska. Take a helicopter flight to Thumb Cove where you will have your ceremony, picnic, and cake on the shoreline. You will be whisked away to a remote, beautiful location via Helicopter where you will say your wedding vows to one another in exclusivity, witnessed only by the quiet hush of towering mountain tops, or fields of glaciers, or hillsides covered in wildflowers and tundra grass. After the ceremony, you will enjoy a carefully prepared sweetheart table setting complete with a gourmet picnic ~ to enjoy your first just-married meal together surrounded by the vastness of Alaska’s natural landscape.

We offer a unique boating experience in Seward Alaska to say your I Do’s in the most beautiful place in the world. Our captain will coordinate with you to take you to some of the most captivating beaches and scenic spots not easily accessible on your own. You get the unique opportunity to have your ceremony with an intimate group, a luxury picnic, and a photographer to capture every moment. This trip is coordinated for 4 but can include up to 15 people. Kayaks, as well as a fishing excursion, can also be arranged in advance. Dog Mushing Elopement
Starting at $7,000
Immerse yourself in true Alaskan culture by spending your elopement day dog sledding with Iditarod-winning mushers and their team! Wild Hearts partners with Alaska Mushing School, where they focus on creating an authentic experience and dedicate their resources to sustainably care for the mushers and their dogs. The kennel is located 60 miles north of Anchorage and there is an on-site B&B for rent if you and your partner would like to stay or arrive the day before. The routes are scenic and beautiful and hey can even teach you how to drive the sled yourself! Primarily available in the winter months, but we do have an option to fly out via helicopter in the summer months where you can ride on a glacier.

When do you offer elopements, intimate weddings, and weddings?
We offer events every day of the week and year long.
What if we don't want one of the services included in a package?
We can customize any of the packages the way you would like. We understand that not everyone wants the typical package that we offer. We don't mind removing a service that doesn't make sense for you.
May we bring our dogs?
Of Course! We allow dogs anywhere the venue will allow it. Unfortunately, dogs cannot come on the helicopter, boat, or dog sled. If you would like to take pictures with your dog while you get ready that is most definitely an option!
How long do I need to plan my elopement?
Couples plan unbelievable elopements anywhere from 2 years out to 1 week out. The average length of planning time is about 4-10 months. This gives you time to book flights at good prices, choose your desired wedding date, and find the best lodging.
Where are your elopements and weddings located?
We are based in Anchorage and have several elopement locations within an hour and a half of Anchorage. We are available to travel anywhere in Alaska or the world!
Can other people come to my elopement?
Absolutely! An elopement is intentionally meant to focus on you two! If you have close family and friends that are on board with your vision and want to support and celebrate with you, go for it! Elopements are usually up to 25 people.
What is your deposit?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to retain our services. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

the booking process
Inquire
After sending an inquiry form I will respond via email with more information and a link to set up a call. During the call I will go into detail about how your day may look and what is included in our packages and services. This call is very helpful to get to know each other and I can answer any questions you may have.
Make it official
After deciding a date and package I will send an online contract and invoice. It's 50% down to hold the date the remaining is due 30 days prior to your date. You can pay the deposit via online bank transfer for credit card
Planning begins
Once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid, your happy date is officially reserved. I will send a welcome email that will outline what to expect in the planning process, make recommendations and provide further information streamlined to your unique day. In addition, I will send several questionnaires for you to complete, designed to create a perfect timeline and checklist for your day. Throughout the planning process, I will walk you through everything you need to know for your day.
